I’ve been using it with the 6 Blade cartridge and the diamond pattern keeps my hand steady even when it’s soapy. It’s got a nice weight to it, feels solid without being bulky.
The grip on this handle is exactly what I needed—it doesn't slip even when my hands are wet, and the crimson color pops nicely next to the sink. I've got the 6 Blade cartridge on it now, and swapping them out was a breeze.
